Stephanie Chilton has over 25 years of experience in product liability defense, including automotive, medical device, and industrial equipment. She also has experience in medical malpractice matters, including representing doctors and nurses in Board complaints. She graduated from Arizona State University in 1987, and the University of Utah College of Law in 1990. Stephanie practiced law in California from 1990-1995 at the second-oldest firm in Los Angeles, then returned home to live in Arizona. Working from our Arizona offices, she has handled cases throughout the Southwest and California. She has been licensed to practice in California since 1990 and in Arizona since 1995.

She is AV Preeminent Rated, has been named a Southwest Super Lawyer since 2013, was named as one of Arizona’s Top-Rated Lawyers by Legal Leaders Magazine, was named a Top Attorney‑Personal Injury Products: Defense by Phoenix Magazine, and was named in 2024 Best Lawyers.
