Jessica is a litigation paralegal with nearly 30 years of experience in civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, insurance defense and products liability. Jessica has an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in English. She has lived in Phoenix, Arizona for most of her life but has also lived in Colorado and Illinois.

Prior to joining Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard, Jessica was a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Bowman and Brooke LLP for eight and half years specializing in product liability litigation in the area automotive litigation. Before that she was at Jaburg Wilk for just over three years focused on insurance defense and Holloway Odegard Forrest & Kelly and Sanders Parks for six years where she specialized in medical malpractice defense.

Jessica has experience in all aspects of litigation from inception, investigation, through discovery, motion practice and trial. She has experience being lead paralegal at trial and complex arbitrations as well as mock trial and jury research projects.

Jessica loves being a paralegal and was fortunate to discover a career as a Paralegal in her early twenties and feels that being a paralegal is what she was born to do. She is detail oriented and a self-starter and believes she is easy to work with.
