Katya Etemadieh is an attorney in our California office and is a member of the Products Liability Group.  Katya earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2020 concentrating in Civil Litigation and Advocacy.  Upon graduating law school, she developed her litigation skills while defending major motor companies and property owners against product liability and premise liability claims at a prestigious defense firm specializing in high stakes product liability matters. Katya has experience in preparing all aspects of a case from pre-litigation to trial, including preparing dispositive motions that have led to favorable results for her clients.  She particularly enjoys crafting aggressive, creative, and cost-effective solutions to her client’s specific needs.

During her time at Loyola Law School, Katya clerked for multiple award-winning law firms including a large personal injury and medical malpractice firm specializing in asbestos litigation, where she was able to hone her research and advocacy skills.

Katya graduated with honors from the University of California, San Diego in 2015, where she majored in Political Theory and minored in Environmental Science.
